In this pivotal role, you will help to execute our SMB go to market strategy and be responsible for the end to end process of designing and delivering bundled services that harness the best of our Network, Communication and Collaboration, Cyber Security and Cloud capabilities. Ensuring we differentiate in a competitive market place through delivering clear business outcomes for small and medium sized businesses, you will produce offerings that are easily understood, implemented and adopted by new and existing customers across a broad range of sectors.
You will report directly to Claranet’s SMB Director and work across the product and commercial teams of each of our business units to identify and evaluate market opportunities, capture customer insights, define target audiences and ensure SMB requirements are captured and included in a cross functional roadmap. You will own the end to end process of proposition development for our SMB business.
You will have access to and leverage the relationships we have with global partners such as Fortinet, Microsoft and Sentinel1, along with Claranet’s own subject matter experts in Network Security, Cloud and Secure Comms and Collaboration to differentiate and add value that enables mutual and sustainable growth.
