Under the general
supervision of the Director of the Quality Management (QM) and Rehabilitation (Rehab)
Services Departments for the Resnick Neuropsychiatric Hospital, serving as the Assistant to the
Director and Office Manager, the incumbent assumes responsibility for providing
essential coordination and administrative support for the departments. Participates in budgetary development,
planning and monitoring. Serves as the
liaison for administrative needs of the departments including everyday
personnel transactions provide full
administrative support. Responsible for
organizing and servicing the professional staff committees, including, but not
limited to, the RNPH Performance Improvement and Patient Safety Committee,
Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee, Ethics Committee, ECT Committee, Information
Management Committee and Rehabilitation Services Staff Meeting. Serves as a resource person and
represents the Director and Department of Quality and Rehabilitation Services
in interactions with staff and all levels of management on campus as well as

years’ experience in administrative analysis, or an equivalent of both
education and experience.

Office in order to prepare forms, tables, correspondence, reports, and minutes
with speed and accuracy. Skill in
working with Excel to develop spreadsheets, charts and other mathematical
calculations for departmental reports.
Excellent writing skills using correct English
grammar, spelling, syntax, and in accordance with established formats to
prepare memos, correspondence, and reports clearly, concisely and grammatically
correct with minimal supervision.
