Your new company Working in fantastic offices in London, you will lead the recruitment and HR activities across the office. Working in a financial services business with the backing of a large investment management firm, you will support the entire employee journey from attracting candidates to retaining and developing the employees.
Your new role As the Recruitment and HR employee for the business, you will provide best in class recruitment and HR Support that impacts candidate and employee experience. You will work in partnership with the global People Team to manage full-cycle recruiting, day-to-day HR operations and various people initiatives and projects.
* Own recruitment for the London office, working with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews and extending offers. * Build strong relationships and advise on employee issues. * Deliver new hire orientation and oversee first day hires * Ensure compliance with local employment laws * Support the vision and values of the company through role modelling
What you’ll need to succeed
* Strong experience in Recruitment and HR, including full-cycle recruiting, employee relations and employee communication. * Experience working within an ATS and HRIS system. * Able to handle confidential information and protect employee privacy * Proficient with MS Office and capable of picking up new systems easily.
