Recruitment Relationship Manager- Central Manchester

Due to business growth and recent success, we’re seeking a Relationship Manager/Account Manager to work across a range of our clients based across the Northern region.
You will form part of a UK wide Relationship Management Team, sharing insight with your team and supporting your regional initiatives.
Maximise existing Sanderson Client Relationships through networking to maximise our service quality, delivery and account revenue. By working closely with these clients, you will be able to identify the client challenges and support them by deploying specialist solutions.
Utilise the established and trusted relationships you have developed within your client, by tracking these relationships into new organisations to support your personal business development pipeline.
Your ability to build internal relationships and accurately brief our support teams will ensure that you benefit from first class delivery of quality candidates for your clients’ roles.
Other key responsibilities include:
Ensuring that the recruitment process is delivered to a high standard.
Being the contact layer between our Business Development Consultant and the supporting delivery teams.
Networking across given clients and introducing new solutions/services
Visiting client offices to ensure a consistent onsite presence is maintained, grow and develop relationships with HR and Resourcing functions.
Have a strong bond with internal stakeholders and delivery teams, act as a facilitator to increase client contact for consultants
Who You Are
This is a true business partnering position requiring a strong customer service professional capable of building relationships with all levels of clients and internal stakeholders. You may already be working in a Recruitment Consultant position where you’re renowned for your ability to manage client requirements and identify opportunities for additional service provision.
Alternatively, you may be an Account/Relationship Specialist in a different field where you have gained a wealth of experience mapping clients and transferable skills to the fast paced, exciting recruitment industry. Regardless of background, you’ve the ability to network and influence across diverse client/customer cultures.
