The UK Mystery Shopping team operates as one of the business streams within Ipsos MORI. Ipsos are the global leader in Mystery Shopping and the UK is the third largest market in terms of contribution. The team is made up of over 30 talented Mystery Shopping professionals ranging from Graduates to Research Directors.
This role sits within a team consisting of five other clientdelivering large scale, complex mystery shopping research programmes to clients in the transport and tourism sectors. The insights from our projects help our clients understand the customer experience and support business cases for investment that will help improve journeys for millions of people facing staff and reports to the Mystery Shopping Transport Director. As a Research Executive you will be working as part of team managing all aspects of multiple mystery shopping programmes for some of our biggest clients. The role has a specific focus on transport, including projects for Transport for London, giving you the opportunity to help improve the travel experience for millions of people.
Experienced in managing your time, working to deadlines and following established processes, you will be working to support the wider team on day-to-day aspects of numerous projects we conduct both in the UK and globally.
The role is based in Oxford although some travel for meetings will be required.

You will be given responsibility early on in your Ipsos career and with support and training from your direct team as well as our formal training opportunities, you will be encouraged to make decisions and project manage your programmes alongside an enthusiastic and hard-working team.
To be successful in this role you will need an interest in Mystery Shopping or Market Research, and the following skills and experience:
