Starting salary:

Variable Hours: £12 per hour/ £22,464 full time equivalent salary (based on 36 hours per week) raising to £13 per hour/ £24,336, subject to performance

It’s been an amazing journey setting up Raise House, a very special new Residential Children’s Home in East London, and we’re seeking to recruit Residential Support Workers to join our outstanding team.

  As a Residential Support Worker, you will take responsibility as a key worker, providing the highest quality of care and support to children and young people, developing and implementing individualised care plans, and assisting their education pathway. You must be willing and able to work on a rota basis, including weekends, bank holidays and waking nights.

  To be successful, you will ideally have a level 3 qualification in children’s residential care, with experience of working in a Children’s Home Residential setting. Excellent teamworking, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, together with a reflective approach and the personal resilience to thrive in a challenging yet exciting environment.
