Sales Negotiator / Estate Agent – Camden Town, London
Salary – £18,000 – £24,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + Uncapped commission + Monthly and Quarterly bonuses + Company car allowance or car £50k OTE
An independent lifestyle estate agent in North West London, established in 2000. Their staff are some of the most knowledgeable in the business and they bring with them a vast bank of agency experience.

With their presence in the residential market rapidly increasing, coupled with London Residential’s future growth plans they are looking for an outstanding performer, who has experience working within a sales agency and continually hitting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills are also essential for this role as you will be expected to build strong working relationships with clients and other departments. The ideal candidate will be driven and enthusiastic, with the ability to manage multiple clients or sales at any time.
Hit or exceed agreed income targets
Maintaining own group of prospective sales applicants via extensive contact / property viewings and face-to-face sales
Updating vendors on their property’s marketing
Confidently communicating with clients and buyers to negotiate the best possible deals for our clients
Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of local property market, and available stock listed with the office
Maintaining strong knowledge of both local area and London area, with respect to public transport, local amenities, shops / restaurants etc.
Be competent in sales progression

Skills and Experience
Strong knowledge of the Camden and Kentish Town markets would be an advantage
Good understanding of the legislations of residential sales
Excellent sales skills. Must possess the ability to hit and exceed revenue targets
Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills and ability to quickly form professional relationships at all levels of seniority
Ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met
Highly motivated individual with a proven track record of reaching/exceeding targets
At least 2 years’ experience of actually selling property ideally in London
Articulate and well-spoken with excellent communication and influencing skills
Disciplined and well organised with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
Must possess the ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
A full UK driving licence is essential
