Are you an experienced National Security Contract Manager? Do you have experience within Retail, Security and Contract Management?
We have a unique role where you will be managing a multi-million-pound contract between our two clients, one a household name within Retail and the other a leading high-profile name within Security. You will be establishing and maintaining these relationships, having tough conversations as and when required and managing the ongoing performance of the contract from a service point of view. You will do this by using targeted data driven intervention and field team input, to challenge performance. Working closely with the Crime and Security team, you will ensure a high level of service is provided to the client in making it a safer place to work and shop.
You will be a highly analytical problem-solver, minimising the risks to our client’s colleagues and customers by interpreting stats/data, identifying trends/patterns and compiling resolution methods. Having identified the issues, you will deploy the correct resource to not only resolve the issues, but also to minimise any reoccurring patterns/trends.
You will be managing a newly formed team of Zone Security Leads and Zone Security Supports and your key stakeholders will be: Head of Contracts, Retail Crime Manager, Crime Responders and Account Manager/Director.
You will be a highly motivated, self-starter who can work autonomously and have had experience in launching a similar set-up with more than one client; implementing a new structure on capturing, redefining, establishing and resolving crime patterns/trends with the team and client.
You will be working 40-hour weeks across Monday to Friday with the requirement to be flexible to the needs of the business as and when required. Although this role is offered on National basis there is a requirement to attend on-site meetings in London, therefore we would require someone who could travel to the London sites on a regular basis.

Salary: up to £45,000
10% bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets.
