This position would suit a sociable graduate who has already held a paid or volunteer role where you supported SEN children and achieved a 2:1 or above in your degree. It is essential for you to possess the confidence to build strong and lasting relationships and consistent passion to delivering your profession. It is essential for you to possess an impressive academic record that will further your reputation as a role model in school. You will be able to drive engagement in lessons, by ensuring students are keeping up and staying motivated.

About the Role for SEMH Learning Support Assistant
This SEMH Learning Support Assistant position involves assigned to a particular child whereby you will be working 1:1. Using visual sensory rooms, you will be expected to support the teaching and learning of the child in a modern, imaginative way.
