More about the role:
This is a target-driven opportunity with performance related commission obtainable from the moment you start. You will begin with a full induction and participation in our on-boarding training, designed to help you become an excellent Senior Account Manager. We will provide you with a highly motivated, innovative and exciting working environment to accelerate your career at Henderson Scott.
Through a combination of excellent training and ongoing development, you will learn how to farm Key Accounts to ensure true partnership relationships are built and that the account is maximised across all verticals, geographies and consultancy services in addition to delivering talent through utilising job boards, networking, generating referrals, headhunting and qualify candidates for the roles you retain. A core component of the role will be ensuring the highest levels of data quality against the client, contact and candidate records using many of our digital and software tools to ensure a seamless experience for your network both internally and externally.
