An oil and gas operator currently require a Senior Project Engineer for a debottlenecking scope of work, to be based in London, UK, for a 12 month renewable contract.
The Senior Project Engineer direct and quality assure the work of Contractors; Monitoring of progress, spend, change control and contract administration; Facilitate risk workshops and ensure regular action tracking; Coordinate project reporting, planning and cost management; Coordinate the required deliverables for each stage; Establish and run the management of change process; Establish and run the key decision process; Maintain the project action tracker; Participate in tendering activities; Prepare for and participate in ‘stage gate’ value assurance reviews; Manage and collate the data required for Economic Input Deck requiring co-ordination of multidisciplinary input (Capex, Schedule, Facilities Capacity to suit subsurface profiles); Interface management; Work with the Project Services team; and other ad hoc duties.
You will have minimum 12 years experience of E&P project engineering with thorough knowledge of typical project management processes and systems; Experienced through all project stages including concept, FEED, detailed engineering, procurement and construction; Specific Owner/Operator FPSO brownfield project experience; Experienced in tendering and in contractor management; and must be fluent in English.
