With a growing pipeline of new developments, we’re recruiting a Site Sales Manager to work in our London region, reporting into the Regional Sales Manager.
We’re looking for someone with experience of working at a senior level to take responsibility for managing and delivering a volume of sales projects with a proven track record of driving performance or the ability and potential to quickly step up to this level.
We’re active in the private sale market under our Latimer sales brand and this role will be responsible for frontline sales performance and any other sales related products offered by Clarion. Increasingly we’re aligning the products and customer journey. We’re also committed to delivering growth through joint ventures where we can work at scale with a joint venture partner.

Some of the key duties include:
Responsibility for managing provision of staffing of relevant sales and marketing suite with team and agents.
Work with and manage agents as required to deliver KPIs in line with targets.
Provide regular reporting as required into Regional Sales Manager for the relevant schemes(s).
Deliver sales performance to individual targets to ensure reservations achieved from plan and stock
Close liaison with the Customer Service Team, Marketing team, Sales Progression team, After Sales team, independent mortgage advisors, solicitors, Service Charge team and Housing Management on all sales-related matters.
We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Manager with demonstrable knowledge of private sales and experience delivering new build sales. We’re looking for an excellent negotiator with strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate to a wide audience.
You’ll have the confidence and ability to work remotely, run sales offices on sites and represent sales and the wider company brand. You’ll have experience of managing sales teams, including change management and performance management.
The site is open 7 days a week between 10am – 6pm, you will be working on a rota and be required to work weekends as part of the 5 days and possibly one late night until 7pm in the week.
If you have extensive experience of working with developers and house builders and the ability to maximise new build developments through design, mix, specification and creativity we want to hear from you!
