Marketing & Subscription Manager
IPE International Publishers Ltd based in central London, is looking for a talented and experienced candidate to fill the important role of Marketing & Subscriptions Manager. This brand-new position will be responsible for both IPE and IPE Real Assets publications both in print and online.
In this role, you will be working to develop, implement, and manage a marketing strategy for the companys two flagship publications, in order to gain maximum exposure and increase subscription acquisition, both institutional and personal.
Key responsibilities will include:
Implement campaign strategy using the full marketing mix Work closely with the editorial and commercial team to set the strategy, and deliver multi-channel offline and online media campaigns that increase volume and generate revenue Research business development and other growth opportunities Develop relevant partnership initiatives with Associations, trade events etc.
globally Coordinate between the Director of Sales and international sales agents, managing targets and ensuring these are reached Analyse results from campaigns to refine strategy and ROI Initiate test and learn strategies to improve effectiveness of marketing assets Work closely with sales and editorial colleagues to drive sales Occasionally assist with marketing initiatives for IPE conferences, breakfasts, webinars, editorial surveys etc on behalf of the company Experience\/skills required:
Proven track record of managing successful subscription led marketing campaigns Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies across paid, social and SEO advantageous Strong project management experience and the ability to analyse campaigns Excellent communication and copywriting skills Proactive with a keen eye for detail A minimum 5 years of subscription & marketing experience Fully proficient in Microsoft Office Experience working with Dotdigital The successful candidate for this role will have previous experience preferably within a financial B2B publishing environment with experience working on subscription products.
You will be proactive with excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload.
