Waracle is looking for a Systems Administrator for an exciting new role joining the UK’s Largest Mobile App Developer.

It’s an amazing time to join our team and you’d be supported by a rapidly growing team of experienced specialists in design research, UX, UI, Scrum, product, data and cyber security, alongside developers specialising in native, hybrid and web technologies.

This position can be based in any of our UK offices: London, Glasgow, Edinburgh or Dundee but as a company we also offer remote working.

You will be responsible for supporting the management, access control and continued operation of all systems and processes including; JIRA, Bitbucket and Bitrise. You will be the first point of contact for access requests and live app bing reports. Highlighting crashes/sentry reports in live apps. Delivering email updated if required if services are down. You will work closely with various areas of the company to optimise workflows whilst using your excellent communication skills

Requirements

• Ability to work with JIRA, Bitbucket and Bitrise
• Support management and the operation of all systems
• Ability to work closely with various departments and understand their requirements
• Access the priority of requests
• Problem solving experince
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and advance skills

Desirable experience

You will preferably have experience using Jira

• 2nd or 3rd line technical support experience
• 1st point of contact for technical issues
• An interest in programming and some basic knowledge would be an advantage but not essential
