Are you an aspiring Technical Sales Manager from a Brickwork or Construction background looking to work with a recognised award winning, innovative and leader in specialist construction systems providing you with the opportunity to work with some of the most recognisable and largest construction projects across the UK?
This is the opportunity for a Technical Sales Manager looking for continuous professional development, clear and structured progression as a Manager and autonomy to have a direct impact on the continued growth and success of the company.
This is an autonomous role where you will plan your own diary, for weekly meetings with a variety of decision makers to gain either specification of products or confirming orders from quotes. You will work closely with architects, engineers and developers and internal teams with the Estimating Department, Structural Team and Project Team.
This role would suit a candidate from a Brickwork, Construction or Civil Technical Sales background looking to work with a continuously growing specialist where you will be given tailored mentoring, development, and clearly structured progression opportunities.
* 60% new business – finding and logging new leads to aim converting into enquiries * 40% account management – calls/project specific appointments * Liaising with internal Estimating team on pricing and information relevant to the enquiries brought in. * Involvement in design team meetings.
The person: * Technical Sales Manager * Background in Brickwork and/or Construction or Civil Technical Sales * UK Driving licence – Majority of clients are based in London and home counties, the role does cover the south of England
