About the team
Our Delivering Deal Value team helps private equity firms and large corporations to navigate the challenges of mergers and acquisitions. Within the DDV team we have a highly specialised team of IT people who work only on M&A deals. We help clients to assess the IT implications of an M&A transaction.
We work in a fast-paced environment where IT is just one moving part among many others including financial, people, legal and operational workstreams. We are comfortable working with investment bankers, magic circle lawyers and C suite corporate clients – our typical IT contact is the CIO or CTO. PwC is the largest of the Big Four firms in M&A.
