We have an exciting new role in a progressive and innovative company, for an experienced Office Administrator to join them on a temp to perm basis. Supporting a team of administrators and reporting to the EA to the CEO, you will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks which include ad-hoc projects such as travel logistics, expense management and acting as the first point of contact for internal employees within your department. This is a multi-faceted role in which you will be required to manage your time effectively.
Temp-to-Perm Administrator Responsibilities
Your main duties will include:
Arranging and preparing documentation for meetings
Booking travel and accommodation within the UK and overseas
Assisting with VISA applications and travel documents
Processing the team’s expenses
Meeting and greeting visitors
Preparing reports and confidential documentation
General administration when required (eg. scanning, filing and photocopying)
Temp-to-Perm Administrator Experience
To be a successful candidate for this role, it’s essential you have previous experience within an administrative capacity. It will be beneficial if you have experience as a senior administrator, having previously worked with large teams. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to work to a high standard under pressure and maintain accuracy.
You will have excellent IT skills including a high level of competence with Microsoft Office.
