An employee owned multi-disciplinary organisation with offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester and the Thames Valley are now seeking an Associate Director in Valuation to join their Birmingham team.

Valuations take over one third of the business with the other parts taken up by general practice disciplines such as Building Surveying and Agency work. The successful Associate Director will be joining a team of over 20 Valuers as they begin to expand into new territories with a current revenue of £9million.

With amazing technological advances this organisation is completely paper free and all reporting is completed through laptops, phones and tablets. The support and development given is endless and there is a breadth of knowledge accross the team.

The Associate Directors role will include

• Provide profitable advice, valuations and reports to clients
• Contribute to improving the team’s profitability
• Support the development of the valuations offering
• Setting individual and team targets
• Supervise on assignments
• Mentoring and developing the team
• Works collaboratively to adapt and improve standards

The Associate Director will ideally hold

• MRICS or FRICS
• Knowledge of their local market
• Experience in people management
• Experience managing a varied and challenging workload
• Nurture client relationships and work on business development
